It does have nice mountain views from the upper level but unfortunately also has views of Table Mesa Road and traffic it backs to. Going to be a tough house to sell or price will need to reflect road noise and location. There have been 3 price reductions, the latest one on 5/31/17. The yard needs works too. Public records show that sellers have owned this house a long time and that a small mortgage/line of credit (?) was taken out in 2000. It is my opinion that the market seems to be softening and next price reduction will need to be more aggressive to jump ahead of the changing inventory landscape.
